Couple connection, every day

Closeness shouldn't be one more thing you're too tired for.

Saath is a small daily ritual for two. Check in in seconds, answer one question together, and get real help when you drift apart. Your shared boat shows how you're doing, together.

The quiet drift

Nobody decides to drift apart.

It happens in the ordinary days. You're both busy, both tired, and "how are you" becomes a reflex instead of a real question. The small hurts go unsaid. Weeks pass, and one day you realize you don't actually know how your person is doing anymore. It isn't a fight. It's the silence between the lines.

  • •You're fine, they're fine, and somehow you're further apart than last month.
  • •The hard day you never mentioned becomes the resentment you can't explain.
  • •You miss each other while sitting in the same room.

One shared boat

Small, honest moments that add up.

A ritual short enough for a tired evening, and real help for the harder ones.

Check in, in seconds

Pick your sky and how close you feel, no typing. Then guess how your partner is doing. Once you're both in, you see how well you read each other tonight.

One question a day

A new question for the two of you every day. You see your partner's answer only after you share yours, so nobody copies and nobody holds back.

When something's off

Understand what you felt first, privately. Deeper help guides the conversation and suggests a kinder way to say it. Your partner adds their side, and you agree on one small thing to try.

Talk, just the two of you

A private, end-to-end encrypted thread. If a message reads as heated, a gentle helper can offer a softer way to say it, and you always choose what sends.

A journal that's yours

Write a line, add a photo, or speak it. It stays on your phone unless you choose to share a line with your partner.

Every day you've shared

Good stretches, anniversaries and the storms you weathered become ports on your map, with a logbook of your weeks together.

On iPad, Home stays beside whatever you open. On iPhone Duo, each screen opens into two, and nothing you were writing is lost when you fold it.

Made for real life

For the seasons that pull you apart.

Long distance

Stay emotionally in sync across time zones, without a three-hour call to catch up.

New parents

When there's no time and less sleep, a single tap still says "I see you."

Busy seasons

Deadlines, travel, exhaustion. Keep the thread even when the days are completely full.

Finding your way back

A low-pressure way to reconnect when words feel heavy and a big talk feels like too much.

Not another chore

A painkiller, not one more thing to keep up with.

No scores. No streaks.

Nothing here keeps count of who did what, or breaks if you miss a day. It's a relationship, not a game to win.

Private by default.

Your check-ins and journal live on your phone. What you share with your partner, like Talk messages and shared journal lines, is end-to-end encrypted. Deeper help and Harbor's coaching send words to our AI provider only to write a reply, and never to train AI.

One boat, never two.

There's no yours versus theirs, only how the water moves, and how you move through it together.

In your language.

English, Spanish and Hindi, including the daily questions and the help in hard moments.

Come aboard

The days will keep coming. Meet each other in them.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Is Saath private?+

Yes. Your check-ins and journal live on your phone. What you share with your partner, like Talk messages and shared journal lines, is end-to-end encrypted, so not even we can read it. Two optional features send your words to our AI provider (Microsoft) to write a reply: Deeper help in a hard moment, which you choose before you write, and deeper coaching for Harbor members. Neither is ever used to train AI, and you can turn them off. Read the privacy policy.

Do we both need the app?+

Saath is built for two. One of you starts a voyage and invites the other with a code or a link. You can start on your own and reflect privately while you wait, but it comes alive when you're both aboard.

We both started our own voyage. How do we connect?+

Saath is one shared boat, so only one of you keeps a voyage and the other comes aboard it. If you both started your own by accident, when the second person enters the invite code, Saath offers to close their empty voyage and bring them aboard yours in a single tap.

What is Deeper help?+

When something feels off, Saath helps you understand what you felt and find a kinder way to say it before anything reaches your partner. Deeper help is the AI-guided version of that conversation. You choose it before you write, you edit or skip anything it suggests, and nothing is sent to your partner until you decide.

Is it just another journaling or habit app?+

No. There's no streak to keep and no chore to do. A check-in takes a minute or two and needs no typing. It's designed to take pressure off, not add it.

Is it good for long-distance couples?+

Yes. It helps you stay emotionally in sync across distance and time zones without a long call, and it works just as well for couples in the same home.

Which devices and languages?+

iPhone and iPad, including iPhone Duo open or closed. English, Spanish and Hindi.

What does it cost?+

Saath is free to download, and the daily ritual is free to use. Harbor is an optional membership for unlimited Deeper help, coaching that remembers, every deck and journey, and keepsakes. One membership covers both of you.

Is Saath therapy?+

No. Saath is not therapy or a crisis service. If you or someone you love is not safe, the app shows local helplines.
